lemon butter sauce

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • water

 

  1. in a pot add the butter and the lemon juice, allow the butter to melt but don’t let it boil.
  2. once the butter has melted completely, make a slurry with the cornflour and a little water then add it to the lemon butter, stir Β continuously to prevent the formation of lumps. as the mixture heats the sauce will thicken
  3. finish with a pinch of salt.
